The Bat-Caddy X8R™ is our top of the line innovative and unique remote controlled caddy. It features a lightweight high tech aluminum frame weighing in at only 22 lbs (10 kg). It has an easy one step folding design, folding into a package that is smaller than most regular push carts. It is propelled by two powerful independently controlled quiet 200W motors, a wide range FCC authorized remote control system which gives you full control up to 90-120 yards. It comes with with a powerful, long-lasting, very light (5-6 lbs), environmentally friendly 12V Lithium (LI) battery. The trolley can also be operated manually with a seamless rheostat and cruise control and can be easily pushed even without battery power, so you will never be stuck out on the course. It features a 10, 20, 30 distance timer, a USB port, deluxe extra wide bungee bag supports, large diameter wheels with wave spokes featuring a newly designed wheel/axle connection system.

- High Tech Aerospace Aluminum Alloy Frame and Stainless Steel Components - Extreme light weight, durable, European inspired design. Durable and strong components are the key ingredient for a high quality caddy and a lasting positive experience. Bat-Caddy uses only high grade aerospace type aluminum and stainless steel for its key components, such as the frame, motors, housings and axles. Beware of anything plastic in these areas! Also the bag supports are aluminum and come equipped with stylish extra wide bungee cord extensions for a better bag fit.
- Powerful, Quiet, Fast, Independent Dual Direct Drive Motors - The X8R features a pair of powerful and quiet 12V 200 Watt DC electric motors, inconspicuously hidden and protected in a small diameter aluminum tube. No external gear boxes like many others. We eliminated gear boxes alltogether and use direct drive motors. If you did not know it, you would not know the motors are there! Also the caddy will master almost any hill (30 degrees climbing ability) and reaches a top speed of 5.5 mph .
- Easy to use Multi-Function FCC certified Remote Control featuring directional controls and effective brake/stop functions and a 10, 20, 30 distance timer, as well as a manual rheostat handle control, On/Off buttons, cruise control functions, a Power and Battery Charge Indicator and a USB port all integrated into an new even smaller handle design, so you are in complete control of all Caddy Functions at all times!
- Electronic downhill Brake System and Off- Power Freewheeling Mode Feature - The caddy can be slowed down or stopped both remotely or manually. It has automatic motor resistance to slow it down going downhill. However, in Off-Power mode it is free wheeling (in addition an easy pull out mechanical unlock system disengages the wheel completely from the axles, so the motors won't spin), so even in the unlikely event that you ever run out of battery power you can push the X8R just like a manual push cart!! Many caddies don't have this capability and you will be stuck on the course if you lose power!
- Remote and Manual Speed Control - Remote Forward, Left/Right Turn, AND REVERSE AND STOP! - You set the pace up to an amazing 100-120 yards (meters) range (5-20 yards operating range recommended)! Seamless speed adjustment on both the handle and remote control. Note: our remote controls have the official authorization for radio frequency emitting devices from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Beware of caddies which are not authorized. Also timed advance forward feature (10, 20, 30 yards/meter) via remote control or handle function.
- The new enviromentally friendly 12V 20Ah lithium battery weighs only 5 Lbs is a third of the size of SLA batteries and lasts at least five times as long as a SLA battery (up to 1,000 charges) while giving you a 36 hole range on a single charge.
- Large Diameter Rear Drive Wheels with Magnesium Look Wave Style Rims for easy maneuverability, smoother ride and superior traction - Smooth turning, great traction on wet inclines and NEVER left out on the course with a flat tire! The X8R rear wheels have been designed with a larger diameter (12.5") and come with a strengthened concave rubber tread (3/4") which minimizes vibrations and improves turning and abrasion resistance on rough surfaces. Wheels are easily removed via a quick release mechanism for storage or cleaning. They also feature a newly designed strengthened wheel/axle connection system.
- Seamless Speed Control Engages wheels slowly- The Bat-Caddy won’t “jump” or get away. This is an important feature since many "cheap" caddies don't allow you to operate them in a continuous smooth mode via the seamless rheostat control.
- Anti-Tip Wheel: A newly designed removable "Mountain Slayer" Deluxe rear stabilizer twin wheel to prevent tipping over on hills is now included with the X8R as standard! This design features two sturdy wheels giving the caddy exceptional backward stability, even on the hilliest courses.
- Torque Control Engages wheels slowly with multiple speed control- The Bat-Caddy won’t “jump” or get away or stop while turning. This is an important feature since many "cheap" caddies don't allow you to operate them in a continuous smooth mode but have to stop for any command you send them through the remote and then turn very abruptly! The Bat-Caddy also does not make a disturbing beeping noise when turning.
- New adjustable handle design offers seamless adjustment from 33-45" in height for various body types and preferences.

*Life of sealed lead acid and lithium batteries is dependent on a variety of factors, other than purely the number of charges, including but not limited to frequency between charges, duration of charge, level of drainage, idle time, storage conditions and duration and overall shelf time. We cover our batteries according to our warranty policy and any potential additional coverage is at our discretion.

Warranty Information
What is covered?
Any defect in material and workmanship resulting from personal, normal use in accordance with the owner’s manual.
For how long?
One (1) year from the day of purchase for caddy, caddy parts, battery and electronics. Caddy accessories are covered under this warranty for 90 days.
Who gets the warranty?
The warranty is nontransferable and limited to the person who originally purchased the product.
Geographic scope:
This warranty applies only to original Bat-Caddy products purchased in the United States, Canada and Western Europe from Bat-Caddy, a local fully authorized Bat-Caddy dealer or distributor. International shipping cost for product, parts or repair services exported from the country of original purchase are not covered by warranty.
LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY: IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR: LOSS OF USE OF YOUR PRODUCT OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR GOLF TROLLEY PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK; ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE SOLD PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE NEITHER YOU NOR SPACOM SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.
What we will do:
If your caddy or any parts thereof are defective under the terms and definitions of this warranty, we will send you replacement parts, repair it or, at our discretion, replace it at no charge to you. Refunds may be issued only according to the Company's current return policy in the Terms & Conditions.
How to get warranty service?
To get warranty service for your trolley you must contact one of Bat-Caddy's Service & Support Centers and provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. At our discretion we will provide one of the following Warranty services:
- Do-It-Yourself Service: Call a Bat-Caddy Service Center to diagnose the problem and make arrangements to get appropriate replacement parts.
- Bat-Caddy Shop Service: If repair cannot be reasonably easy performed by customer, we will return your caddy or the defective parts in question to one of our Service Centers and repair or replace them at our expense.
- 3rd Party Shop Service: In certain cases repairs might be performed faster and more cost effective by a local 3rd party mechanic or repair shop, and Bat-Caddy might choose such services at our discretion. In such cases Bat-Caddy will reimburse reasonable repair cost.
For warranty services you must retain the original packing material in the event you need to ship your product back to one of our Service Centers. Charges for replacement packaging and shipping of such will apply.
What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover wear parts, such as rubber tire treads or remote control batteries. The warranty does not cover any defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service locations, or damage resulting from alterations, misuse or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, water damage due to hosing down or power washing product or submerged contact with water hazards, lakes or other water bodies, any loss of control of the unit resulting in equipment or consequential damage, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing any attachment not provided with the product, overloading of the product, fire, flood, or acts of God, or failure to follow the instructions in the Owner’s manual. This warranty also does not cover any international shipping cost or foreign repair services due to exportation of the cart from the country of original purchase.
